If your device is in full working condition, has no missing or broken parts and is free from scratches or marks, it is classed as working.

If it is badly scratched/marked, doesn't turn on, has missing or broken parts or is otherwise faulty, it is classed as not working.

If your device is physically broken, is in more than one piece, water damage, a cracked LCD, parts glued in or is reported stolen, it is beyond economical repair.
